No one has access to your tax return. So if your tax return shows that you have taxes owed then you have to pay those taxes.
Look at your Form 1040. On Line 37 if an amount is entered then you have taxes owed.
"TAX DUE" means that you owe money to the IRS and need to pay it by April 15, 2024. Tax due is the opposite of getting a refund. You are not getting money back.
If you owe tax due, you have to pay it yourself by the filing deadline on April 15, 2024.
If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, (which has the address printed on it, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.

You must pay your state tax due using the state’s preferred method of receiving payment. For most states that will be by making a payment to the state’s own tax website, or by mailing a check or money order.

Are you in a 2022 tax year account or 2023 tax year?
Did you file for tax year 2022 ?
Did you pay in 2023 for tax year 2022?
@michaelsmithsrme
@michaelsmithsrme Oh---are you looking at your account for last year----for the 2022 return you filed in 2023? Your TurboTax account will always show that you had an amount due. TT never updates to show if you paid or not. TT gets no information from the IRS after you file your tax return. It will always show the result of the return you prepared using the software. Your proof that you paid will be your own bank or credit card statements.
