My 2018 federal personal extension was rejected and I was sent an email at 4:00 am on 4/16/18 stating you could help. How and where would I file it again?

I also have the QuickBooks/TurboTax self employed package and QuickBooks told me on 4/30/18 that I couldn’t export any of my information to turbo tax until the extension was filed

It's too late to file an extension after 4/15.  After that date, you just have to file your return as soon as you can.

Delete the extension request, close the program then reboot the computer ... then try the export again.
