Form 8995 will be available shortly.

Form 8995, Qualified Business Income Deduction Simplified Computation, is tentatively scheduled to be available for e-filing on January 18th, 2021.  Please see TurboTax Online & Mobile Form Availability for more information.

Taxpayers use Form 8995 to figure their qualified business income (QBI) deduction.  Individual taxpayers may be entitled to a deduction of up to 20% of net QBI from a trade or business.

the form says it should be available on 01/29/2021 yet its not. when will the form be available

When the date changes to the word Available, it will be ready. The IRS lists expected release dates.
