It means wait.

The IRS will not accept any e-filed return for processing until January 23, so anything you file now is just going to sit in a server farm for 3 weeks.  And, a new law requires the IRS to delay any tax returns with EIC or ACTC (free money) until at least Feb 15 for extra verification.

Between now and January 23, the IRS and turbotax will be working together to make sure that the IRS has finalized any forms and instructions that have changed with the new year, and to verify that turbotax's version of those forms is acceptable and accurate.

You must also wait until you have received your W-2, 1099, 1095, etc forms.
