I'm in the same boat. I see that the IRS only made the form available about 2 weeks ago, so it's reasonable to expect that Intuit's development team could need a week or two to test the form, had their been any changes, etc. I'm a developer, so I understand that
My only suggestion would be, about 2 weeks ago when I started my taxes, the date was 1/28, yesterday I saw it had been changed to today. If there are last minute issues, or changes to the due date for a form users' have set an alert for, just send us a note so we don't take time out of a workday to circle back to this....

Turbotax's dates keep slipping on some forms. Some of these forms have been finalized by IRS for quite a while now but obviously the "engineers" haven't gotten to them yet. (the software conveniently and literally blames the "government" ...) Taken together with the bugs being reported in other threads, it really looks like Turbotax is making a mess of it now.
Forms availability states that IRS form 8995 and 8995-A are currently available.
I prepared a tax return with self-employment income in TurboTax Online Self-employed. The software generated IRS Form 8995 Qualified Business Income Deduction.

The Qualified Business Income Deduction can be generated from one of two components.
What kind of income is generating IRS Form 8995?

This happened to me just now - The same basic error message, except for Form 8801, Credit for Prior Year Minimum Tax. It apparently won't be available until 3/17/22.
Customer support was maddening. They kept using the nonsensical excuse of "The form hasn't been provided to TurboTax." WTF is that supposed to mean? Form 8801 for year 2021 is posted on the IRS website RIGHT NOW!

It's been "provided" to everyone on the planet!
I should have found this e-mail thread first - it would have saved me 30 minutes of frustration and dealing with incompetent support.
The error is very poorly worded, almost coming across as blaming the user. It should really say "We're sorry, but we don't have our act together - please try again later after we've sobered up."
