It keeps wanting me to fill out form 14039 - how do I get by that

Form 14039,  is an Identity Theft Affidavit. If you triggered it by accident, follow these steps to delete it.

Sign into your Online account.

Go to the upper right corner and select My Account then click on Tools.

In the pop-up Tools Center window select Delete a form.

Next select Delete next to Form 14039.

Finally confirm the deletion.
