It is asking me to enter a state where I lived in December 2016 but I moved home to Ireland what do I enter?

It is asking me to enter a state where I lived in December 2016 but I moved home to Ireland what do I enter?

In most drop-down boxes, if you scroll to the end, you will see the option for "Foreign or US Possessions." Clicking this option allows you to enter a foreign address or skip additional questions about state of residency.
