First of all, what country's tax return are you preparing--a USA tax return or a Canada tax return?

I know some folks in Canada have to prepare USA returns. What is your citizenship status? Are you a US citizen, or dual citizenship, resident alien, or non-resident alien? You need to be sure you are using the correct product and preparing the right type of return.
If it's USA TurboTax and a return Form 1040, there are several places where TurboTax can ask for an address. What specific screen/topic are you referring to? Is it the My Info section where it asks for your "mailing address" or something else?
If you are filing a USA tax return Form 1040, we can tell you how to change the fields so that it accepts a foreign address and foreign postal code. Then you can enter the Canada postal code.
