It depends on whether you owe money (then you are late and will incur a penalty) or if you are getting a refund (you are just fine, go get YOUR money). And yes, they all need to be filed on paper.

It depends on whether you owe money (then you are late and will incur a penalty) or if you are getting a refund (you are just fine, go get YOUR money). And yes, they all need to be filed on paper.
