Is anyone else having problems with filing an extension? When I click on “start easy extension” it kicks me out of the app

Is anyone else having problems with filing an extension? When I click on “start easy extension” it kicks me out of the app

It allowed me to file the extension when I signed onto the website through Chrome. Is still not working through the TurboTax App
