Is What-if included in the Deluxe or Premier version of Turbo Tax

I have been using the CD version of Home & Business for many years.  I am thinking of downgrading to either Deluxe or Premier for 2024, and of course downloading the software instead of CD, since that is the only option now.  Does anyone know if the What-if tool is included in the lower tier versions, and also in the download software.  I got the What-if form by going into Forms mode and typing "what if" into the search forms bar.

The What-If worksheet is included in all the TurboTax desktop editions. 

Of course it is included in the download software.  It has been for at least the last 25 years.
