Is TurboTax Easy Extension working, I have tried multiple times to submit and it never completes?

No, not yet. Check back in a couple of weeks. The easy extension usually becomes available in mid-March.

The tool is available now, it was advertised as being ready on March 1.

Oh----usually it is later in March. Sorry---I cannot tell you why it did not work, but I will still suggest trying again at a later date.
