Is turbo tax down?

When I go to file, I'm getting an error message that says "hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section". Does anyone know if that means Turbo Tax is down? Thanks!

I filed my taxes in April. When I log into the app for updates it keeps bringing me back to the sign and file even though I already signed and filed. What does this mean?

I paid taxes due amount to the irs at the time of filing using turbo tax but irs says they never received the payment and sent me a payment due notice?

If my last dot on my bar isn’t filled does that mean I still have money coming? My tax refund was $4,272 but I only got $200 of it, the dot isn’t all the way green
