Is this site really as bad as the answers I continue to get through this ridiculous support engine?

answers depend on how complete the info in the question is. you'd be surprise at how many time after an answer is provided the op posts back some additional info which would change the answer. this is a public forum so sometimes the answers are not correct and sometmes its due to progrm upgrades or recent tax pronouncement that can change the answer. if you want pro advice upgrade to live or seek outside professional prepartaion.
