Is this address a legitimate one? 5045 E Butler Ave Fresno CA 93888..apparently did not do my 2015 taxes right and said I owe $626 and send to this address.

when I look up where to send what I owe because I live in texas this isn't the address listed so just want to make sure it is correct which I agree with mistake I made and they did have my information but just want to be 100 percent sure before I send money.  My letter had notice CP2000 on it
