Yes if you are using the Online version you can log in from any computer. If you are using the Desktop installed program it is only on the computer you prepared it on.

They could be if the two computers were properly networked like I have. The limitation then is the return can only be open on one computer at a time.

After filing with Turbo Tax, I just received a statement from IRS showing much higher amount owed.
