Is there any way to stop the constant offers of Expert Services. The constant offer and "Skip for Now" feature instead of acccepting no, is driving me crazy.

Just not particularly funny. Having the popup now appear 36 times this week, it seems somewhat reasonable to be annoyed... furthered significantly by this response actually being forwarded to me.
