Is there any way I can stop my stimulus check from being deposited into my ex's account? Our divorce will be finalized in June, and we filed together.

He filed the taxes on Turbo tax and I don't have and of his log in info.

I am not aware of you to stop it; however, is this a conversation with your lawyer ?  you did file joint is the issue which means you both authorized it.

Probably, however I can't afford a lawyer and his isn't returning my calls. Thank you for the reply though 😊

that is really a legal question.  Since it is a joint tax return that in effect means you both submitted and signed the return.  Talk to your lawyer. 

one other thought..... if the money is direct deposited into a joint account, then you both have the right to withdraw.... if it comes by check, PRESUMABLY both names are on the check and technically both of you would have to endorse it to have it cashed..   if the check is made out to both of you and he attempts to cash it without your endorsement, that is a form of fraud,
