is there any solution to step 2 refund info returning me back to do it over again after completion? it wont let me get far enough to transmit my return

i requested a refund advance and selected everything to be sent to my credit karma account, first time trying it and never had issues in prior years when having my returns direct deposited into my regular bank account

Some customers are experiencing issues when trying to file and pay with their refund.  We are investigating this issue.  However, if you would prefer to file now, you can do so by switching to pay your TurboTax fees with a credit card instead of using the pay with my refund option by following these steps.
