Is there an application to open TurboTax Deluxe Tax Year 2019 with State on computer with Windows 10 in s-mode?

Supposedly the "Online" software works just fine......because it uses your browser.

But if you want to use the desktop-installed software, you'll have to take it out of S-Mode:
