@maadi2maadi for your original question... I assume you're referring to the offer to switch to online and want to go back to desktop? - I think you have to contact Turbotax support to do that.
just to let you know desktop is still pending a lot of updates to open up interview section for major sections (also waiting on my state), lots of threads about it in this forum, expecting lots of s/w updates in the coming weeks.
Please Intuit...
Only supporting Windows 11? Your competitors support both 10 and 11. I'm using the no-cost extended Microsoft support to keep using Windows 10 another year.
Online Deluxe is not as functional as Desktop Deluxe, why? $99 to get an additional Schedule? What?
Lack of transparency... Bait and switch...
That is the claim. I spent a lot of time to get the desktop software and and soon as I activate it they want me to go back to online. Still trying to make up my mind...I clicked Continue to Desktop
Still deciding but prefer Decline??
online has a different workflow, no forms mode is the main difference, and you can only do 1 return so if you want to do multiple for whatever reason or use the s/w for estimates later in the year, you can't do that with online. it generally costs more also, tho that should not apply under this offer.
heads up that desktop is delayed rolling out interview mode for some of the major sections (1099R, 1099B, Schedule A), there will be a lot of updates coming to the s/w over the next few weeks.
@taxhard47 at this point it's highly unlikely Intuit would reverse course on Win 10, this topic has been going on for months.
there was an offer rolled out in October if you buy desktop - see screenshot from @MY143 - when you try and install it on Win 10 it will stop and give you an offer to switch to online premier for Federal and State at no extra cost. So the $99 for additional schedule you are referring to should not apply. So if you just have an issue with the cost you can try doing it that way rather than going straight to online.
but online is different workflow, no forms mode, and you can only do return.
the other option many have been using is to set up a Win 11 VM and run Turbotax there - not sure the technical steps but I'm sure there's a YouTube for it.

"but online is different workflow, no forms mode, and you can only do 1 return."
Yes. it was exactly so. I thought that it was more of a account management issue rather then tax question, as well. Just wondered if anyone else had gone through the same situation and had an answer.
The Desktop that I wanted to work on was still operating on Window 10 and it wasn't up to me to upgrade. That's why I choose ONLINE version initially. But then again, I wanted to be safer and secure for however much...
The problem is solved. I just downloaded the software on my Laptop (w Window 11) and it gave me the option of continuing with DESKTOP version. Thanks!
I had to get the Home & Business version to begin with...
