@taxhard47 at this point it's highly unlikely Intuit would reverse course on Win 10, this topic has been going on for months.

 

there was an offer rolled out in October if you buy desktop - see screenshot from @MY143 - when you try and install it on Win 10 it will stop and give you an offer to switch to online premier for Federal and State at no extra cost.  So the $99 for additional schedule you are referring to should not apply.  So if you just have an issue with the cost you can try doing it that way rather than going straight to online.

 

but online is different workflow, no forms mode, and you can only do return.

 

the other option many have been using is to set up a Win 11 VM and run Turbotax there - not sure the technical steps but I'm sure there's a YouTube for it.
