Is there a way to remove self employment information? I entered in last years 1099-misc.

Yes. There is a way to remove the self-employment income.  You will need to delete the Forms 1099 MISC by doing the following while in your return:

1. Select Tax Tools in the left side menu 
2. Click Tools
3. Under Other helpful links, choose Delete a Form
4. Scroll to Form 1099-MISC 
5. Click Delete
6. Confirm by clicking the Delete Selected Form button.
7. Click Continue

The Forms 1099-MISC will be removed from your return.
