Is there a way to import more than one QB self-employed accounts to turbo tax when both spouses are self-employed and filing jointly?

When filing a joint tax return, when you started the SE section the program would have asked who was the person reporting the SE income and expenses. You should have indicated it was for your spouse.

Go back through the SE section of the program and make your changes. Once changed the QBSE will be correctly applied to your spouse.
