Is there a way to file 1099's using Turbotax without a EIN?

I need to file 1099-NEC's but can't access the paper forms since I'm overseas right now. 
I'm also unable to efile because I don't have a EIN and it takes the IRS 2 weeks to process the EIN for it to be usable. Is there a way to file 1099's using Turbotax without a EIN?
