Is there a way to edit the ACA form # in the medical section of the Federal return or do I need to clear the entire return and start over?

Just go back to the section for the 1095-A and edit the form that was entered. 

Enter 1095-a in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1095-a

Hi- Thank you for the suggestions, no luck though (see below). I went ahead and cleared the form.

      When trying to edit the "1095-a" entry, I wasn't able to get back to the screen where it had asked about form #s.  

       Using search box in upper right didn't offer a "jump to" option.

If this is still a problem, try to delete Form 8962, Premium Tax Credit.
