Is there a way to combine my two turbotax accounts that I accidentally made for filing in two different years?

Unfortunately, accounts cannot be merged.  You'll have to choose which one to use going forward.  Most people will probably want to use the one they used last year, so that the 2016 information will automatically transfer into the 2017 return.
