Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

Mine keep saying social security number invalid.. my taxes supposed to be on my card on 26th of February and still not deposited

There is no live support from them. Good luck. All you will get is automated response then hung up on. You can email them, and they may respond back to you eventually.  Whenever they feel like it that is.  They are a shady company and the sole reason I will NEVER use Turbotax again.

I spoke to customer service at sbtpg 2 times they said my refund had been mailed feb 4,2022 but now I call the recording tells me ss# is invalid, it's now feb 21st,2022 still no refund Ice been fighting since feb 2021 for my refund i think turbotax should refund me for paying for there bull**bleep** service twice now,for what turbotax didn't do nothing but sit playing with each other collecting my hard earned money **bleep** turdbow tax

Hey I have gotten contact of SBTPG and they said the have my return and have had it since the 16th but refused to send it to me and promised a call yesterday about how to fix this all. Never got a call FIX IT

So now I finally get in touch with someone at tpg feb 28th they said that my refund had been sent back to irs, now if tpg mailed me my return feb 4th how the hell can they send it back to the irs? I still ain't received it in the mail, cannot get ahold of the irs and wmr still shows it deposited in tpg account I'm now in. Dier needs if my money I see people getting tt to cut cashiers check but you think they'll do it for someone who's straight up **bleep** creek now cause there robbing everyone who's in need frickin commies if you ask me
