paid my taxes but my account does not state the amount was withdrawn.  Is there a phone # where I can check and see if the payment was received?

Your TurboTax account will always show that there are taxes owed.  TurboTax has no way to know when or if taxes owed were ever paid.

If federal taxes were owed and paid by direct debit then only the IRS debits the bank account.  If State taxes were owed and paid by direct debit then only the State debits the bank account.

Call the IRS:  1-800-829-1040  hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
