Is there a list of item in my business I am allowed to expense? If so can you please send that to me?

There really isn't a set list of what you can expense for your business. Each business is different. The best thing you can do is read here: https://www.irs.gov/businesses/small-businesses-self-employed/deducting-business-expenses. The IRS provides several good articles and explanations for business owners about expenses.
