A negative basis would be unusual. That would mean that someone paid you to take a stock.

However, if it is happening to you I suggest that you select the check box for "The cost basis is incorrect or missing on my 1099-B" and change it to zero. Then increase the proceeds by the amount of that negative number.

This will wield the correct amount for the transaction.

Backdoor Roth IRA 2024 - Turbotax is taxing the entire amount of the conversion (which is incorrect - the conversion amount is the same amount as the basis from the non-deductible IRA that I am converting to Roth.
