Unfortunately, ma'am that is contradictory to what Green Dot is telling TURBOPREPAID customers. They direct you right back to you guys. Nonetheless the entire network has been reported to FDIC regulator. I suggest everyone experiencing the same matter do as well. Good luck turbo customers! Long ride ain't over yet.
