Is the Amazon problem (40% 1-star reviews) concerning not receiving the State part of the Deluxe product (or having to pay extra for it) been resolved yet?

 For the first couple of weeks of the season, Amazon was vending an incorrect product. As far as we know, the problem has been fixed and Amazon should be vending the correct version. Any customers who purchased Deluxe with state and got a copy without the free state should uninstall the program, and obtain a fresh download from their Amazon account. That should fix the problem.

I bought through Amazon the deluxe version with the state a few days ago.  I have been able to download the state I use.  Note that not all states are ready because the federal hasn't been finalized.
