Is money really on the way or is it a generic email since Path lifted? IRS transcripts blank but received email stating “celebrate - your money is on the way”

For those that received their refund, can you check your email and let me know if you received this one right before it? I filed 1/21 and was accepted same day. My WMR went from processing, then PATH message and as of 2/15, it says we apologize your refund has been delayed beyond the normal timeframe. I just got access to my IRS account yesterday, so I logged in and my transcript is blank and shows no return filed. I’m not seeing any verify notices. BUT, I just seen Turbo Tax sent me the attached email at about 3 pm EST yesterday saying “…tax season in review” and in the body of the message it says “Start the celebration - your money is on the way”. I’m hoping it’s correct and that the IRS website just hasn’t updated with it yet. If you are someone who has already received their refund and filed as PATH with Turbo Tax, can you check your email and see if/when you received the same message and how much time before your refund was deposited.
