No, it is not Marketplace insurance, and no you will not need to report a 1095-A.

 

Per the IRS, "Individuals who did not purchase coverage through the Marketplace, including those with Medicaid or CHIP coverage, will not receive a Form 1095-A."

No.  Medicaid is NOT marketplace insurance and you will not have a 1095A.  When it asks if you have a 1095A say NO.
