Is Healthcare.gov like Oregon Health Plan (OHP) a state medical insurance? Or is it different from Oregon Health Plan?

Is Healthcare.gov like Oregon Health Plan (OHP) a state medical insurance? Or is it different from Oregon Health Plan?
Oregon Health Plan is a Medicaid plan, whereas the Healthcare.gov plans are paid insurance. If you have Oregon Health Plan coverage, you only need to answer the questions if you had insurance (yes) and if you had Marketplace insurance (no). You will not need to enter any additional information because you should not have a Form 1095-A. (You probably have Form 1095-B, which is a different form, even if it looks similar).
