Yes, many people having Etrade import issues. I'm waiting a week to see if Intuit and Etrade can figure it out.

You may need to check your Etrade account to see if they are allowing third-party access. Although the following Help Article is for Schwab, it is possible that your brokerage has restricted TurboTax's access to your statements unless you grant consent, and you might need to do something similar to what is described here How can I fix my 1099 import issue?

For me, using turbo tax premiere on MacOS, I was not able to connect to E*Trade at all. I entered the username and password straight from the MacOS keychain to avoid making mistakes and the "continue" button would not even enable (and show in black).
After talking with turbo tax support (and encouraging them to dig deeper with me), we found out that the button will only turn black when you enter the user name and password manually. Otherwise the software does not recognize the entry. After that it worked.

I did some stocks and some dividend reinvestments last year on e* trade. I tried to import my account to turbo tax software and turbo tax is telling me that there is nothing to import. I tried to repeat the import couple of times but each and every time, the same message which is really annoying. I did like 50 or 60 odd trades last year and I keep on entering all the trades manually.

yes, but neither etrade nor turbotax supporting can give any suggestions to fix it. Talked to them but no answers. let me importing manually , why I spend money on turbotax?!!!!!
