Is anyone else unable to upload info from Binance.US? API code continues to receive ‘error’ message

Binance.US API code is non functional. I’ve cleared computer/phone cashes, attempted on both IOS and desktop versions, and created new API codes

Issue Unresolved! I’ve reviewed this FAQ page many times, but I’m still unable to upload my files from my Binance.us account. Upload process utilizes unique API code and Special Key to connect with TurboTax. However, when I input API and Special Key, Error banner shows. I’ve created multiple API codes and Special Keys, tried on both my mobile and desktop, no luck.
