Is anyone else having trouble importing from E*Trade? I keep getting this: Something unexpected happened. Try again in a few hours. (101)

I went to my Chrome browser settings, Privacy and Security, and Cleared all my browsing data. I was able to log back into TurboTax and find the 1099-DIV and 1099-B data and upload it. I saw all my 1099-DIV and 1099-B information though I have a PDF of the 1099-Combined (TY 2022-1099+CONSOLIDATED) in my computer. In summary all the fields I needed for my 2022 taxes were filled in by TurboTax and my buys and sells were not.
