Some people do. Another possible workaround on this would be to update your settings in your Fidelity online account to allow the import. Without updating the settings, it's possible the banking authority is blocking TurboTax from accessing the account. Please update these settings from your account online. You may need to call in your bank or company to get more information on this.
If this one does not work, you would have to manually enter, unfortunately.
