My MacOS is Ventura 13.7.8 and Safari version is 18.6

How do I or can I use Turbo Tax to efile my tax return?

TT Desktop 2025 is only supported on MAC OS 14 or above.  MAC OS 13 support from Apple ended last November, if your Mac is not offering a higher OS then Apple considers your machine out of date also. 

You can use TT Online version but it's not the same experience as Desktop if you are used to that (e.g. no forms mode) and check the different options and costs it is generally more expensive than desktop and have to pay for each return separately whereas Desktop allows you to do multiple returns etc.

Another option is HR Block s/w, they are still supporting older OS versions.
