IRS Physical Delivery Address For IRS STOP 6525 KANSAS CITY MO

I sent an IRS LTR reply via Certified Mail to the address in the LTR, IRS STOP 6525 KANSAS CITY MO 64999, but it hasn't been delivered after eight days.

 

Does anyone know the physical address to use for FedEx or UPS delivery?
