what can I do
please could somebody help me
It's keeps rejecting my files says my date of birth is wrong
This is based on what is on record with Social Security. You need to contact their office.
This has happened with my 97 year old Mother's tax return for several years. After e-filing a couple of years only to get rejections and having to paper file, I started automatically paper filing her returns. No additional info (like copies of driver's license, birth certificate, etc.) is required when paper filing. Hopefully, you won't have any problems with paper filing.

That is usually caused by an error in the Social Security Administrations data base where the IRS gets the DOB and name information from. You need to contact the SSA to verify and correct it's database or it will continue to reject until fixed.
The irs keeps rejecting my stimulus package because it says my date of birth is wrong how to find out what they have I don’t usually file taxes not for 6 years
They are matching what is on file with Social Security Administration.
I googled where to mail it for my state and no I have not received my stimulus yet as of today.
Do you have a specific question?
If so, please comment so we can assist you.
I, Marie C. Macena was born: 03/06/1956, and IRS record has a mistake on my birthday date because IRS rejected my e-filing tax, and this 1st time I file electronically.
Please have IRS correct that mistake in my date of birth so that tomorrow I can refile again e-filing tax, and thanks
it may be the very first time they wrote it wrong human error.
Tomorrow after you change it, I will send it again.
Please reply, and thanks again
If your DOB is incorrect in the IRS database then you must contact the Social Security Administration to see if they have the wrong DOB in their records. If incorrect then they will correct it and the IRS database will be corrected for filing in 2021 for the 2020 tax return.
If the error is in the IRS database then it cannot be corrected this year so the only option it to print and file by mail.
Nobody at TurboTax can assist with this.
Yeah I can file my taxes because of that
Yeah we were using TurboTax
Thank you very much that was smart thinking
