Can a RMD , from a Traditional IRA be rolled over to a Roth IRA, via the back door rollover?

    No.  You have to take the RMD and pay tax on it.   But You can use the money from the RMD to fund a new contribution if you have earned income to qualify to make a contribution.

    No, RMD cannot be rolled over or converted (IRS). The exception only applied to 2020.
