invalid state refund in my 2023 return?

Hi, I'm seeing a dollar amount for my state tax refund in my 2023 tax filing.   2022, I paid into the state; however, in 2021 I did get a refund of the exact value showing in the state refund field for 1099-G.   This doesn't seem to be correct.

Remove the tax refund if it was never received or is invalid.

To enter, edit or delete a state or local tax refund (Form 1099-G) -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Other Common Income
On Refunds Received for State/Local Tax Returns, click the start or update button
