Intuit prompts me for a password. I enter it, and click continue. Nothing happens? Following the steps for "Forgot Password," makes same thing happen.

I'm trying to log into Intuit. It prompts me for a password after accepting my username. Entering my password and clicking continue does nothing. Then, assuming I forgot my password, I follow the steps given by "I forgot my Intuit password." After receiving and entering the code, I am again prompted to enter a password. It doesn't specify a new password, or the old password, just a password. Doing so and clicking continue does nothing.
