Trying to import financials to TurboTax desktop. Requires Intuit login. When I try to sign-in I get hung up on a white rectangle pop-up that never goes away. Tried rebooting without benefit.after selecting 'File-Sign In' from within TurboTax
White screen after selecting either Sign In or Create Account

I got that screen to login also. I never had to do that before? My TD Ameritrade account transfer never required that.
Something is wrong I contacted Fidelity and they said it's a turbotax issue. When I first tried the import it told me data was unavailable. I'm hoping because the 1099b just came out maybe turbotax and fidelity haven't worked out the data issue transfer or something.
Here's some Troubleshooting Tips that may help. Have you tried uninstalling/re-installing the program? Once TurboTax is installed to your desktop, you should only need to click on the icon to open it.
