Interest income filing

I made a loan to an individual, backed by his home. How do I report interest income received from this person? This is not a seller financed mortgage.

Interest income filing

You would report the interest income in the Interest and Dividend section in TurboTax, if you do not have an actual 1099-INT, just enter the payer's name and the amount of the interest received in box 1 of the form.  Then click on Continue and follow the interview until it completes the section.
