InstallTurboTax.com & Alternative Link Won't Download 2024 Deluxe (Cache & Cookies Cleared)

Utilized community support recommendations and alt link https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/install-turbotax/ but still unable to download.  

Chrome & Safari: cleared cache and cookies.  Also:  deleted history, VPN on & off, incognito mode/private browsing, restarted browsers and computer. 

Safari: "..Can't Open the Page..because the server..isn't responding"

Chrome:  blank 

macOS Sonoma 14.  2019 Intel i9 8core MBP 2.4GHz 64MB  Purchased 2024 TTX Deluxe 3/22/25. 

I've been using TurboTax since 2013.  Downloaded from amazon since 2016 and on this Mac since 2019 without any issues.  $56 & 8+hrs wasted today via installttx.   Any help is appreciated.

Same problem here.  Bought Turbotax Premier online at Costco, neither link in the email will work to go get the actual download.  Tried using Edge and Chrome, neither work.  Logging into my Intuit account takes me nowhere that I can find the product to download.  Super frustrating, I will probably go to Costco counter for a refund and order the physical CD from Amazon.

Have you tried disabling all your anti-virus programs?  This has worked for some users, and your message sounds like a connectivity issue.  Here's How to Turn Off Anti-Virus Programs.
