Please exit the application and then re-open. If this doesn't work then it may be necessary to clear out browsing history/browser cache.

I highly recommend you do NOT set up a payment plan with the feds thru TT ... do it directly on the IRS web site for a reduced fee ... https://www.irs.gov/payments/online-payment-agreement-application
